Below are tips for your first class.
Please arrive 10 minutes EARLY for your first day, so students can meet the instructor before we begin.
Please introduce yourself to the instructor (when they are off the mat)
Take off your shoes and put them and any other belongings on one of the cubbies under the seats!
The instructor will invite you into the class area. When they do, bow onto the mat and wait for instructions.
After class, bow out of the class area facing the mat
Don’t forget your shoes when you leave!
After class, you’ll be marked for attendance and receive an email with how to start training with us.
